BA II Plus™ Financial Calc App Reviews

"With iOS8, the BAII Plus app does not display properly on iPads. We regret any inconvenience." isnt anywhere close to good enough. Its been like this for weeks now. Fix it or refund my money.

This app since the recent update is not clear in my IPad. I bought it for my personal use now is not clear at all. Now Im going to ask Apple for credit for this app, it since that TI is going to fix the problems that it has. I saw the comments for this app from all the reading no one is happy. Is time to ask for credit.

At this point if I could give it no stars I would! Worked great until the latest update and its been long enough now it should be fixed.

I purchased this app for a college class that Im taking. I was excited when I found the app and I didnt needs to purchase the calculator, as I didnt need another item to lug around. It worked great when I installed it; however, since the multiple IOS updates it is not functioning properly. The keys are very small and the readout screen is very hard to read. I havent had any troubles on my iPhone, but this is getting ridiculous! I would gladly give this app a 5 star rating when it is returned to its original means of functioning, until then it gets 1 star. Get on the ball, Texas Instruments!!

I purchased for college class. It worked wonderful until this last Apple update. Now the numbers dont show up correctly making all calculator functions difficult. Please update, wonderful app when working.

I havent had any issues with the app yet, but one would expect the app to be updated for newer devices (especially in paid apps). This app has not been updated to run on iPhone 6 plus native resolution. I hope they do soon.

I cant be without my BA II calculator in real life. So I bought this iPhone version. It was an expensive app though. So I expected an update to support iPhone 6 / 6 Plus display, which hasnt happened yet...

This great app has been updated or iOS 8 on the iPad and I can now use it in classes again!

It doesnt have everything I need. I really want a redeem on this. I dont like it at all.

Cautiously downloaded the app after reading some reviews from a few months back. So far it perfectly mimics my calculator, its a shame I cant use this for the CFA exam. But its great I can have a calculator with this much horsepower in a familiar set up all on my iPhone. The calculator picture is perfectly crisp.

App does not calculate properly. Ran same calculation on actual BA II Plus and got vastly different but accurate answer.

If you need a reliable financial calculator, dont buy this app. I have been only able to use it to solve one calculation, the other formulas I need just dont work. At all. Wasted $14.99 - bad financial decision for a student :-(

Ive used a BA II plus for years. After purchasing this today and using to calculate a 30 year mortgage I noticed you get the wrong payment unless you divide the yearly interest rate by 12 before entering it with the I/Y key. On my handheld that step is not required, you simply enter the annual rate. Other than that it seems to function fine.

Call looks great but are there any plans on fixing the bugs? Waited two semesters almost and people are mentioning here but no response seen yet. The I/Y for example, one of the most needed keys here needs calculation to confirm from manually doing so or lesser calcs than the almighty TI. Id gladly raise my stars if these are addressed.

The developer does not allow the app to rotate when you turn the iPad. Does not work in split screen. Developer is aware and has not yet fixed.
